01. The Challenge

At Productsup, the goal was to position the company as the leading Product-to-Consumer (P2C) platform in a crowded and rapidly evolving market. The challenge required more than a visual update — it demanded a strategic rebranding and marketing effort to communicate the platform’s value to global enterprises, while strengthening Productsup’s digital footprint and overall market perception.

02. The Solution

I led a comprehensive rebranding initiative in close collaboration with the Head of Brand and design team. My role blended brand strategy, marketing execution, content direction, and creative coordination, ensuring that all marketing assets aligned with the new P2C positioning. The work included:

  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Supported multi-channel paid campaigns (social, paid media, and web), ensuring the new brand identity was consistently represented.
  • Rebranding Strategy: Helped define and implement the new P2C positioning, ensuring the brand narrative clearly communicated Productsup’s value.
  • Content Direction & Messaging: Created and refined marketing copy for social media, ads, landing pages, and internal communications.
  • Design & Asset Production: Managed the creation of branded materials across web, social, paid media, and sales enablement assets.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Ensured alignment between marketing, brand, and design teams so that campaigns, visuals, and communications supported business goals.
03. The Result

The rebranding and marketing efforts successfully positioned Productsup as a category leader and strengthened its global visibility. The new identity improved how the platform’s value was communicated to enterprise audiences and supported collaboration with major brands such as IKEA, Aldi, Virgin Australia, and Uber Eats. The unified strategy and refreshed communications elevated Productsup’s recognition and reinforced its position in the P2C space.
